Why the same hour is not in all the countries?
The broken Earth in their same axis. The time of rotation of the Earth has been divided in 24 intervals called hours. To fix when it begins and the rotation concludes he/she takes into account the moment in that the sunbeams fall perpendicularly on the Earth (there is hardly shade) and to this moment he/she is denominated noon or 12 of the morning. As the sunbeams they don't fall perpendicularly at the same time on all the countries, there are different schedules.
